WIA: Employer Sponsor Process

ACE has a partnership with Credly to provide a digital badge and transcript for those completing the TTT apprenticeship

ACE (American Council on Education)

STEP 1:

WIA and Participating Employers verify completion of the apprenticeship

STEP 2:

Completion in RAPIDS confirmed by WIA

STEP 3:

Employer to supply employee email for enrollment to Credly for WIA to upload for badge creation

STEP 4:

Employer will email their employee with information about the Credly badge and associated transcript. Template email and FAQ’s sheet will be provided

WIA runs list of “completed” TTT from RAPIDS for Employer

Employer reviews RAPIDS List and enters TTT email (sends back to WIA)

WIA copies Employer’s RAPIDS “Completed” TTT info to Credly Bulk Issue Spreadsheet

WIA bulk uploads Employer approved Credly list to Credly

Employer sends intro email to TTT with Credly FAQ attachment
