Broadband Technician

The Broadband Technician is a member of a crew that installs, operates, inspects, maintains, and services digital, cable and/or fiber-based high speed data equipment. The Broadband Technician conducts safe and efficient operation and maintenance of various tools and equipment. At times, the Broadband Technician may need to troubleshoot and repair all cable and/or fiber related services and equipment as well as test equipment to adjust signal strength and ensure optimum reception. The technician may have direct, face-to-face contact with customers.
